Bring a teammate.
Refer a neighbor. They sign up, pass the trial, and you both get a free month of bin valet service.
How referrals work.
- You're already a Roll Out Binz customer (you have a member number).
- You tell a neighbor about us and they sign up using your member number at checkout.
- The neighbor completes the 2-week trial and starts their first paid quarter.
- Your next billing cycle gets a free month deducted automatically. So does theirs.
Why it's structured this way
Bin valet routes are most efficient when neighbors are clustered. Two homes on the same street takes us 3 minutes longer than one home alone — way better economics than two homes on different blocks. Referrals lower our routing cost and we share the savings with you.
Member numbers
Every customer gets a member number on signup — we use the basketball jersey theme, so you might be Member #18 or Member #42. Pass the number to your neighbor along with our site URL. Their signup form has a "referred by" field.
Does this stack?
Yes. Refer 5 neighbors who all sign up and you'll get 5 months free, applied to consecutive billing cycles. The most referrals we've seen from a single account: 12. That's a free year of service.
HOA bulk-referral track
If you're on an HOA board and want to bring the whole community on, that's a different motion — usually a master contract rather than referrals. See the HOA & Properties page or schedule a call.
Tell a neighbor.
The easiest pitch: "I use Roll Out Binz, they pull my trash bins to the curb every week, $45/mo, you get a 2-week free trial. Sign up with my member number and we both get a month free." Forward that and you're done.
Don't have a member number yet? Start the trial first, then you can refer.
Bring the whole street.
Every signup with your member number = 1 month free for you.
