Hi, I'm Liam.
I'm 17. I run Roll Out Binz. I started it to pay my own way through college without asking for a handout.

The short version.
I'm a junior at Agoura High School. I play basketball — #13, Agoura Chargers, Class of 2027. I've lived in Agoura Hills my whole life. My parents work hard, but they shouldn't have to fund my entire college bill, and I shouldn't be the kind of kid who asks them to.
So in 2024 I started Roll Out Binz. The idea was simple: most people in the Conejo Valley forget trash day. I'd pull bins to the curb the night before, return them the same day, do it consistently for less than the value of someone's time. The first three customers were neighbors. Word got around. By spring 2025 we were running two crews across four cities.
Why bins.
The math on a teenager-run business is unforgiving. Lawn care has too much equipment. Tutoring scales with schedule conflicts. Dog walking is great until midterms. Bin valet is different: it happens at night, the work is repeatable, the equipment is bin dollies and a truck, and customers want it on a recurring subscription. The volume scales with how many neighborhoods I can route, not how many hours I'm awake.
The Conejo Valley specifically also has a lot of strict HOAs. CC&Rs around bin visibility generate a real stream of violation letters every week, and homeowners would rather pay $45/mo than deal with a $50 fine plus board emails. The product sells itself once people see it on a neighbor's driveway.
What I'm actually doing.
By 2027 I'll be at college somewhere — but the team I've built will keep running pickups. The plan is to scale this into a real local services business, hand over operations to a manager during my freshman year, and let it pay tuition and a bit of life. After college, who knows. Maybe I sell it. Maybe I franchise it. Maybe I keep running it.
Right now what matters is that every Conejo Valley driveway we cover gets bins handled, every week, on time. I personally check every new customer's first pickup. If something is off, I fix it. If a route gets behind, I run it myself. That's the whole pitch.
