Accessibility statement.

We're working to make rolloutbinz.com accessible to people of all abilities. If something doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it.

Our commitment.

Roll Out Binz aims to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We design with keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and sufficient color contrast in mind. Our mascot, photos, and interactive elements all carry descriptive alt text and ARIA labels.

What we cover.

  • Semantic HTML structure on every page (headings, landmarks, lists)
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, signup form, and FAQ accordions
  • Descriptive alt text on every photograph and illustration
  • Color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA on body text
  • Responsive design that scales from 320px-wide phones up to 4K displays
  • No autoplay video, no flashing content, no time-limited interactions

Known gaps.

We're a small team and continually improving. Known areas under active work:

  • The signup form modal is keyboard-accessible but the focus trap could be tighter
  • Some testimonial avatar images currently use monogram placeholders pending real photography
  • Mobile menu opens with a hamburger button; keyboard users can tab to it but the open/close state may not announce ideally to all screen readers

Tell us if something breaks.

If you hit an accessibility barrier on rolloutbinz.com — a button you can't reach with the keyboard, an image without a description, contrast that's too low to read, anything — please contact us:

We respond within 2 business days and aim to fix accessibility issues within 30 days.

Service access.

Beyond the website, our service itself is designed to require zero physical effort from you. Bins are pulled and returned by our crew — you don't need to be home, mobile, or available. If you have specific access needs (visual indicators of pickup completion, audio reminders instead of SMS, alternate communication methods), tell us at signup and we'll accommodate.
