This policy describes how Roll Out Binz ("we," "us," "our") collects and uses information from people who use rolloutbinz.com or sign up for our services. • Your browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages you visit and how long you spend on them
• The site that referred you (e.g., Google search)

How we use it.

We use the information you provide to:

• Schedule and deliver bin valet service to your address
• Send pickup-day reminders by SMS
• Communicate about your account, billing, and service changes
• Onboard you to our customer dashboard (powered by Go HighLevel)
• Respond to your support requests

We use automatic site data to:

• Understand which pages and services are popular
• Improve site performance and fix bugs
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Who we share it with.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate:

• Go HighLevel — our customer relationship management system. Stores your account, billing, and service history.
• SMS provider — sends pickup-day reminders. Receives your phone number and the message text.
• Payment processor — processes your billing. We never store your card number on our servers.
• Hosting provider (Vercel) — runs the website. Receives standard request logs.

We may also share information if required by law (subpoena, court order) or to protect rights, property, or safety. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

SMS messaging.

When you sign up, you consent to receive SMS messages from Roll Out Binz at the phone number you provided. Messages may include pickup-day reminders, schedule changes, billing notifications, and replies to your texts. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Cookies.

We use minimal cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working (form state, signup flow). We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future (e.g., Google Analytics or Plausible), we'll update this policy and offer you an opt-out.

Your rights.

If you live in California, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it
• Delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Correct inaccurate information
• Opt out of sale or sharing — not applicable to us, since we don't sell your data
• Limit use of sensitive personal information — we don't collect sensitive categories
• Non-discrimination — we won't deny service or charge different prices for exercising these rights

How long we keep it.

We keep your account information while you're an active customer and for up to 3 years after cancellation, for tax and accounting purposes. Pickup-day SMS logs are retained for 90 days. Site analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 14 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Children.

Our service is for homeowners and property managers. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy.

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers.
